The Greene County Health team is proud to be supporting the Running for Our Future 5K at the WestGate Academy on June 6th. After the race, please join us at our WestGate location for a free lunch and a tour of our facility at the tech park. We would love to show you what we have to offer. The open house will last from 11:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m., and all are welcome!

Greene County Health-WestGate is one of seven clinics in the Greene County Health family. Located in the in the Greene County portion of the WestGate@Crane Technology Park at 1985 East Freedom Drive, the clinic is staffed by Nurse Practitioner Autumn Nonte and Physician Assistant Mendy Mullis. The clinic is open from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday and offers walk-in appointments, general family practice, occupational health, lab collection, and x-rays.
