The Indiana Chapter of The International Microelectronics Assembly and Packaging Society (IMAPS) presented their Electronics Technology Exchange and Supplier Displays seminar at WestGate Academy Conferencing & Training Center May 17.
Indiana Chapter IMAPS President Larry Wallman says the seminar was a success.
“I really do appreciate the hard work all of you did at the West Gate Academy making the Indiana IMAPS event on Tuesday a success. There were high marks for the quality of your facility.”
The purpose of this free event was to hold an educational seminar for all engineering and technical people involved in electronics design, procurement and assembly. According to the event pamphlet, “Eight technical papers will be presented on a variety of topics related to the electronics industry on products, components, standards and design.”
After the seminar, there were supplier displays and equipment demonstrations also at the event.
