Radius along with the Indiana Office of Community and Rural Affairs will host the third and final series of public forums for the NSA Crane Joint Land Use Study Nov. 15, Nov. 16 and Nov. 17.
The public is encouraged to attend the public forums to review, discuss and comment on the Public Draft of the JLUS Report with the JLUS development team. Documentation includes the project background, compilation of compatibility issues, and recommended strategies to address the identified compatibility issues. The Public Draft documentation is available at http://cranejlus.com.
In order to develop a plan that is responsive to local needs, input from the community is essential. The forum is the public’s final opportunity to learn more about this planning study and provide input on the Public Draft.
This forum will be conducted in three separate locations focusing on the issues and strategies in each area for your convenience. Forum information is included at the end of this email.
At the forums the public will be able to review and comment on the compatibility issues that have been identified for the JLUS for NSA Crane and its Lake Glendora Test Facility. Input on additions and feedback on identified issues is welcome and encouraged. The public will also provide input on the prioritization of issues.
The counties of Daviess, Greene, Lawrence, Martin and Sullivan and agencies and organizations in the region are engaged in the JLUS to address compatibility planning with NSA Crane.
